Central Oklahoma Commuter Corridor Alternatives Analyses
The Association of Central Oklahoma Governments, the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Oklahoma City Area Regional Transportation Study (OCARTS) area, is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct Central Oklahoma Commuter Corridor Alternatives Analyses.
The chosen consultant (or team of sub-consultants working under a prime consultant) will be required to conduct the tasks in accordance with the Scope of Services described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
Consulting firms responding to the RFP must demonstrate experience with this type of study and possess knowledge of planning, travel demand forecasting, the costs and benefits of different types of transit options, fixed guideway engineering, transit supportive land use and economic development opportunities, the FTA Alternatives Analysis process and New Starts program, and NEPA compliance.
