The Intergovernmental Services (IGS) Program staffs the Association’s public relations and outreach operations; communicates with state and federal elected and appointed officials;and organizes state and federal grant applications.

IGS also works with small communities with Capital Improvement Planning (CIP). CIP is a program that plans for the repair and replacement of publicly owned assets.
