Community Grant Programs

The Association of Central Oklahoma Governments assists communities across Central Oklahoma through a variety of projects and programs including grant programs like REAP, CDBG and CIP.

CIP

ACOG is available to assist member municipalities in Central Oklahoma with the development of Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Programs.

CDBG

ACOG’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program is a flexible program that provides communities with resources to address a wide range of unique community development needs.

Clean Cities

Central Oklahoma Clean Cities is ACOG’s flagship public-private partnership. We value our relationship with the U.S. Department of Energy and our many private partners in the alternative fuels and alternative fuel vehicles arena. Click here to learn more.

REAP

The Oklahoma Legislature has appropriated funding for small, rural communities with populations under 7,000 called the Rural Economic Action Plan (REAP).

CEDS

In 2013, ACOG received federal designation as Economic Development District. Our responsibilities include coordinating the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for Central Oklahoma in partnership with committee members, ACOG members and economic development experts. We coordinate grant applications for projects listed on the CEDS with officials with the U.S. Economic Development Administration. Learn more.
