ACOG Hosts Webinar on Driverless Cars

Getting Ready for Autonomous and Connected Vehicles – What Central Oklahoma Cities and Citizens Need to Know

In early December, the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) sponsored a workshop on driverless cars and connected and autonomous vehicles (CAV’s) to inform members and stakeholders about this coming revolutionary technology. Attendees left with a better understanding of how driverless cars and CAV will impact Oklahoma agencies, municipalities and business, etc.

Self-driving autonomous vehicles are expected to be a historic, radical, and influential advancement in automotive technology and automobile safety. The webinar will give an overview of CAV’s and present 10 takeaways from the workshop for Central Oklahomans.
