The Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) announces two Invitations to Bid on products for the Encompass 2040 Long Range Plan. The first invitation is for the comprehensive plan and the second is for the Executive Summary.

Full Long Range Plan

BID OPENING DATE & TIME August 12, 2016 @ 9 a.m.

DESCRIPTION

Design, development and layout of ACOG Long Range (FULL) Plan Encompass 2040

Includes 2-3 initial concept directions, production of chosen direction and three rounds of changes.

SIZE roughly 8.5 x 11 140-160 pages

Minor Illustrations

All text and maps will be provided by ACOG.

Final files provided setup for print as well as PDF version for use online.

Design, development and layout of ACOG Long Range Plan Executive Summary, Encompass 2040.

Include 2-3 initial concept directions, production of chosen direction and three rounds of changes.

SIZE roughly 8.5 x 11 24 pages, full color to include original illustrations for cover, section breaks and other graphics.

Includes writing of print specs for printer selection as well as help in selection of printer.

All text will be provided by ACOG.

Final files provided setup for print as well as PDF version for use online.
