Regional Digital Orthophoto Images and Associated Data RFP

Issued: 12/15/2025
Due Date: 1/21/2026

The Central Oklahoma Alliance of Government Agencies (COAGA) 2026 seeks proposals from qualified and experienced firms to collect and produce digital orthophoto images; and separately collect, detect changes, and update the participating agencies planimetric and topographic data for the project areas defined in the RFP. The goal is to have a complete up-to-date accurate digital orthoimagery data set for the entire project area as well as updated planimetric and drainage-enforced contour data sets for the specified municipal areas. Each participating agency may negotiate a separate agreement.
