The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the City of Oklahoma City are co-hosting a public hearing regarding the proposed Crosstown Boulevard on Thursday, November 13, at the Chevy Bricktown Events Center at 429 East California Avenue from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
ODOT will present a preferred boulevard design, discuss the findings of the Environmental Assessment, and receive written and spoken comments from the public.
An open house from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. will allow the public to provide written comments and speak with ODOT and City staff members prior to the formal presentation at 5:30 p.m. From 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., attendees will be allowed 3 minutes to provide formal public comments.
Written comments can also be submitted by mail to the Environmental Programs Division Engineer, Oklahoma Department of Transportation, 200 NE 21st Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73105 or via email to environment@odot.org, no later than December 1, 2014.
