Town of Calumet
The Town of Calumet is located in northwest Canadian County in Central Oklahoma, 10 miles from the County Seat of El Reno and about 35 miles wet of Oklahoma City. The name Calumet originates from Native American ceremonies to greet European visitors.
Agriculture has been the basis for Calumet’s economy since its first settlers and is so today.
According to the 2010 Census the town has a population of about 500.
